The Patriots are preparing to face off against their divisional rivals, and it looks like their quarterback will be ready. After lighting up the 49ers for 280 yards and 4 TDs, Tom Brady sat out practice Tuesday and Wednesday with a knee injury.
Today, Brady has returned to practice, though Bill Belichick wouldn't disclose anything about the nature of the injury. He is believed to have suffered it on a hit from the Seahawks' Kam Chancellor, and while Brady underwent treatment for it, he never sat out because of the bum knee.
The QB was always expected to play in Sunday's game, but this should instill confidence in worried fans everywhere. Hopefully he can torch a suspect Jets secondary this week--but with Jimmy GOATroppolo as the backup, there's no reason to worry in any situation.
