Rob Gronkowski and the Patriots hosted three special visitors at Gillette Stadium last Saturday: Trevor Stevens, Jordyn Summerlin, and Boston Taylor. All three were guests of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachuessetts and Rhode Island.
As part of their special day, the families toured the stadium and visited owner Robert Kraft in the trophy room. Then, they walked down to the field, where they were greeted by Rob Gronkowski and met with all his teammates.
The Patriots posted a photo gallery on the team's official website and uploaded a video showing the team meeting the trio onto the Patriots Facebook account.
Reflecting on her experience, Summerlin said that "[Today] means a lot. You don't have to worry about what's going to happen later on in life. It means a lot that they took the time to do this." It's good to hear that the three wish recipients enjoyed their special day--we wish them the best of luck in all their endeavors going forward.
