Patriots at Raiders inactives: Chris Hogan, Marcus Cannon, David Andrews, Eric Rowe OUT

The Patriots are facing the Raiders in Mexico City this week, but they'll have to do it without four starters (including two offensive linemen). The team announced that wideout Chris Hogan, O-linemen Marcus Cannon and David Andrews, and special-teams ace Matthew Slater did not travel with the team and will not be available against Oakland.

Philip Dorsett, LaAdrian Waddle, Ted Karras, and Johnson Bademosi are expected to replace them, respectively. This will mark the second consecutive week where Waddle and Dorsett have seen extended action, while Bademosi has built his reputation before coming to New England on his special-teams play.

The Patriots also listed cornerback Eric Rowe and defensive tackle Malcolm Brown as gameday scratches. While neither played last week, their absence means the club will have to turn to more backups on defense in consecutive weeks.

Meanwhile, the Raiders are having some injury troubles of their own. Top cornerback David Amerson and starting right tackle Marshall Newhouse are both inactive, meaning Tom Brady and the Patriots pass rush should both be able to exploit replacement players at key positions.
