The Patriots dominated the Titans on Saturday night en route to a 35-14 win.
On offense, New England was ruthlessly efficient. Tom Brady finished with 337 yards and 3 TDs on a 66.0% completion rate. Dion Lewis carried the running game with 62 yards on 15 carries, and chipped in an additional 79 receiving yards on 9 catches. Playoff Danny Amendola made a reappearance and paced the team with 11 catches for 112 air yards.
Yet the true story of the night was the Patriots' defensive domination. Outside of a 95-yard touchdown drive in the first quarter, the Titans only managed a paltry 224 yards of total offense--quarterback Marcus Mariota finished with just 254 passing yards (many of them in garbage time) and was sacked a season-high eight times, while Derrick Henry only managed 28 rushing yards after carving up Kansas City for 156 yards just last week.
The Patriots will host the AFC Championship Game against the winner of Jaguars-Steelers next Sunday at 3:05 eastern.
