Should the Patriots be more concerned with the Bills or Jets?
Ron Jaworski was recently on WGR 550 Sports Radio and had something very interesting to say about the Buffalo Bills.
“I think Bills fans should be excited about the team,” Jaworski said. ”I applaud what Buddy Nix has done. The plan is in place. I believe Chan Gailey has done a tremendous job with this team. I think the future looks very, very bright in Buffalo. I’m in communication with 32 teams throughout the offseason. There are a lot of teams that are very scared of what the Buffalo Bills are doing. You see the addition of Mario Williams. It makes a huge statement that the Bills are committed to winning.”

It was bound to happen sooner or later. The AFC East just got a lot more competitive. There was a good stretch there where it was basically the Patriots and a bunch of joke teams.
The Jets have turned it around ever since Rex Ryan became head coach, and they haven't made any secrets about their dislike for the Patriots. They've been to the AFC Championship game twice, but really struggled last year and missed the playoffs.
The Bills have shown signs of being a good team the last two years. In 2010, they didn't win very many games, but they had some very close losses against great teams. Remember that dropped touchdown pass by Stevie Johnson that would've given them a win over the Steelers?
Last year they had a great start to the season, but fell apart towards the end. A lot of that might have had to do with the inconsistent play of quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who was apparently injured.
So, for Patriots fans, who do you think is a bigger threat to the AFC East division crown?
I'd still say the Jets. Say what you want about the dysfunction in their locker room. they will still continue to have one of the top defenses in the NFL.
Buffalo has made some great additions (like Mario Williams) but what looks great on paper doesn't always translate onto the field (see: Albert Haynesworth). Buffalo has improved, but I don't think they've proven themselves enough to be labeled "scary".
Who are you more concerned with?
