It's okay to hate the Jets

This is my first post on PatriotsLife. For those of you who don't know me, I love most stuff. However,  the things I don't love, I hate. There is little gray area for me. This is extremely unhealthy, but it is just the way I am. However, for this blog I'm going to promote hate for all things New York Jets.

The Jets are the only team I truly hate in sports. Sure, Duke and the Lakers are despicable as well, but at least they are winners. The worst characteristic of a team or person is being cocky when you're not good at something. The Jets talk so much yet haven't won since Nixon was president. It all starts with Mr. Foot Fetish himself; Rex Ryan. If I had to pick one person in sports I hate it would be that guy. He's an attention whore and they are the worst type of people. Santonio Holmes, Bart Scott, and Antonio Cromartie are bad as well. I wonder what a conversation between Tebow and Cromartie on family values would sound like? I'd pay to see that.

Speaking of Tebow, let's talk about the Jets next season.  Tebow mania has already started and is only going to get crazier as the season begins. I don't mind Tebow, though the whole "holier than thou"  Jesus thing is kind of weird. I don't get the hysterics about him. There are a lot of really religious backups in football I bet. Has there ever been a more talked about backup  in sports history? If he ever wins a Super Bowl I think the world might end. The Jets made a few additions this offseason, but I don't see them being close to contenders. The Pats will dominate them per usual.

Being a "hater" is a terrible way to live, but I don't really see hating the Jets as hate, it's just something that is a reality. I am looking forward to a great 2012-2013 season for the Pats. With their outstanding draft, improved defense, and added weapons on offense I see another Super Bowl in sight.  Kevin Faulk Fan for life.
