Matt Light will grace ESPN studios this season

Matt Light will be joining the ranks of ESPN as an NFL analyst this season. I sincerely hope this is step one in phasing out Herm Edwards (get rid of Skip Bayless too). ESPN's press release can be found here.

I think Matt will be a classy and entertaining addition to ESPN's lineup. I have been known to be critical of their on air talent and hopefully this is a sign of better things to come from ESPN's HR department. Good luck to Matt Light, and thanks for 11 great seasons in New England.
