Brandon Bolden on crutches?



First of all, sick onesies guys. I guess this is a usual thing that Ridley wears around the locker room. Pajama party!

Anyway, check out the crutch behind Stevan Ridley (the guy in the light blue onesie). Perhaps that is Brandon Bolden's?? He left the Seahawks game with a knee injury and has not practiced all week. He'll probably be sitting out the Jets game which means more snaps for one much maligned Shane Vereen.

Really reminds you how stacked the Patriots potentially are at running back as they'll now be turning to last year's second round pick to back up Ridley. Vereen always impressed me when he took the field (Kansas City, this year's preseason) but those two examples I just put in parentheses are really the only two times we've seen him.

If Vereen goes down... maybe we bring Kevin Faulk out of retirement!
