Deion Branch added to growing injury report

This is obviously not a huge deal for the New England Patriots, but with more and more injuries popping up on the offensive end it's notable in the sense that the list is expanding. The offense that the Pats will be alternating with is no slouch in the Indianapolis Colts with the ever-improving rookie quarterback Andrew Luck. The Pats will need to put up a lot of points if they want to win. Just take a look at this injury report, courtesy of

Now of course we can't take any of this as actual concern right now considering coach Bill Belichick's previous record of not taking the injury report seriously and sometimes adding players seemingly just for the fun of it. But if the Patriots have a dinged up Connolly, Mankins, Welker, Branch, Gronkowski, Hernandez and Lloyd, Tom Brady is going to have a tough time finding go-to receivers on Sunday. But this, of course, is the Patriots offense, which is never actually a concern. We'll see what happens Sunday afternoon.
