Patriots sign defensive lineman Jason Vega

Jason Vega of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers has signed a deal with the Patriots. The terms of the deal were not announced. Vega, who is 25, is 6'4'' 255 lbs. He is a Massachussetts native by way of Brockton. He played his collegiate football at Northeastern in Boston.

Heres a clip of a CFL show giving him the game ball for that week:

In two seasons in the CFL he recorded  66 tackles and 12 sacks. This is the second CFL player that have signed for the Patriots. The other is defensive lineman Armon Armstead who went to USC. I don't think Bill Belichick is starting a revolution or anything or going out of his way to sign CFL players, I think its just a fluke I guess you could say that he has signed two in the past month. I have no clue what impact a signing like this is going to have or how much he'll play, only time will answer those questions. Know anything about him? What do you think about this signing?
