Adrian Wilson prefers West Coast, not ruling anything out though

Darren Urban, a reporter covering the Cardinals, tweeted the below insight on a potential landing spot for Adrian Wilson.

Obviously, West Coast means no Patriots. Still, how can any player - especially one that's been on as many bad teams as Wilson - turn down the chance to play for Bill Belichick and be almost guaranteed to at least compete for a championship. This by no means rules out Wilson signing with the Pats, but it sure makes it sound less likely at this point. Teams like San Diego or Denver might be some preferred destinations that the veteran safety is looking at.

Still, as we highlighted here, Wilson might not be the perfect fit in New England. He's a hard hitter that's lost his usefulness in pass coverage. Essentially - at this stage of his career - he's Patrick Chung. Still, when such a big name is available, it's worth monitoring.
