Patriots not sure what to do about Emmanuel Sanders

Apparently the Patriots are dragging their feet a bit with Steelers wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders. He's a restricted free-agent with a third round tender but Pittsburgh is tight to the cap so the Patriots could easily structure the deal so that the Steelers couldn't match. That would mean front loading a deal to make it around $5 mil in the first year.

They'd also have to give up a third round draft pick because of the tender. The Patriots only have five picks for this draft, but the argument could be made that if they are thinking of adding a receiver, they are pretty bad at doing it through the draft. Chad Jackson or Taylor Price anyone?

[Update: Apparently they just have yet to sign the offer sheet, and can wait on that]
