Video: This is what Duron Harmon looks like playing football

So when the Patriots selected Rutgers safety Duron Harmon last night, once again, most draft experts were like, "who?".

That's Bill Belichick for you, always finding a diamond in the rough. Or does he?

We can trust in Bill all we want, but one things has been very clear. Dude doesn't know how to draft defensive backs. So, when he selects a safety in the third round that could've been an undrafted free-agent, the criticism is warranted.

"We thought it was good value when we took him," said Belichick last night. "I don’t know what other teams, how they have their boards stacked or anything else. There’s no way to predict that – 31 other teams. I think you have to take the players you feel like can help your team. That’s what we did."

Anyway, it's not like Rutgers had an awful defense last year and Belichick is just picking players from there because his son is from there. Still, this one is leaving most scratching their heads, however, I'm sure that Patriots writers will eventually come around to convincing themselves it was a good pick. Until the season starts.
