Julian Edelman re-injures foot



After almost having a breakout season as a receiver, Julian Edelman broke his foot and was placed on IR in November.

It was his second injury of the year, and likely the reason he had to settle for such little money to come back for the Patriots. Now it seems that team's concerns with him could've been well founded.


It goes for any player, but Edelman has to stay healthy. The Patriots have a lot of question marks at receiver, and believe it or not, Edelman is the receiver with the most experience in the offense. There's a huge incentive for Edelman as well as his already low salary receives a huge cut if he winds up on IR again.
