Tom Brady wants to play until he's 50?

This upcoming Saturday, August 3rd, will be Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's 36th birthday. To the majority of people that believe the window for the future Hall of Famer could be closing, he has one thing to say, "screw limits". TB12 will be on the cover of the September issue of Men's Health and was interviewed on his athletic lifestyle, plus how it allows him to defy limits that people set on him.
"[All] my thoughts on a daily basis go into how I can sustain the length of my career," Brady said. "What I eat. How I sleep. My levels of stress. Why? Because I love football.”

Creeping into his 40's, Brady admitted that he is open to the idea of even playing in his 50's:
"I would love it," Brady said. "If I think I can do it, then I probably will."

Though Brett Favre was considered to be an 'old guy' while playing in his early 40's, Brady still sees nothing wrong with keeping his options open. He wouldn't even be halfway through his career as of now, but Brady isn't worried about certain 'limits' that come with age:
"There’s really an excitement I have to do this for as long as I possibly can,” Brady told the magazine, “even though everyone out there puts a limit. But I’ve always had people put limits. And I’m a person who says, ‘Well, screw limits.’ I’m not putting a limit on myself."

Will Brady actually play until he is 50? Who knows, but I'll be the first one to say that I would not put it past him. Health is obviously the key factor here, as TB12's passion for the game is notoriously the centerpiece to his legendary career. The drive and will to win is what has gotten him to the point he is at now. Will that drive continue over the next decade? I wouldn't be surprised.
