2/13 NFL Experts picking Patriots to win Sunday
Every week, an assortment of NFL talking heads, who together comprise ESPN's expert panel, pick the winners for every game. This week, the Patriots are getting no love. Only two out of thirteen "experts" are picking the Pats over the Falcons, who are 1.5 point favorites.
Ron Jaworski and Mike Ditka are the two panel members who like the Patriots chances on Atlanta's home turf, where they have excelled in years past (during the regular season that is). That track record, combined with the Patriot's depleted offense and unproven defense make it understandable that the Falcons are largely favored in this one.
That being said, I do not think the predictions coming out of this "expert panel" are reflective of the Patriots true chances of pulling out a W. Let's hope Jaws and Ditka are the true experts this week.
