Robert Kraft, Tom Brady, Vince Wilfork gather at Jerod Mayo Bowl

Jerod Mayo and most of his teammates gathered Monday night at King's in Dedham for the fourth annual Mayo bowl. In attendance along with Mayo were stars such as Vince Wilfork, Donta' Hightower, Brandon Spikes, Nate Solder, Julian Edelman, Tedy Bruschi and Matt Light. Oh, and also some guys named Robert Kraft and Tom Brady.

Jerod Mayo spoke to the media before the event kicked off. Of course, the topic of the nature of the Patriots recent wins came up.

To Mayo, a win is a win is a win. No matter how ugly.

"Do you like pretty losses?" Mayo said. "I just like winning."

Robert Kraft was also in attendance, and after signing autographs for some fans waiting outside, talked about the event and the player of the night.

“[Jerod is] not only a great team captain and leader on the field, but he and his lovely wife are in the community doing so many good things,” Kraft said. “This is the brand we want to be with. He’s a winner.”

Later in the night, the teammates got to bowling followed by a live auction conducted by an energetic Mayo, Bruschi and Light. Mayo even modeled a game worn Belichick hoodie. Tom Brady arrived during the auction, just as an autographed jersey of his was being bid on.
