Brees is perfect against New England

There are some teams that some players just excel against, Drew Brees and the Patriots fall into that category. Brees has never lost in a match-up against the Patriots and in fact in their last meeting, he had a perfect 158.3 passer rating. While he has only beaten the Patriots once in a Saints uniform, Brees is no stranger to Tom Brady since he beat him twice while Brees played in San Diego.

In those three games, Brees has thrown 8 touchdowns to zero interceptions while Brady seemingly has struggled with only three touchdowns and five interceptions. As will be seen in the game preview, it will be a great match-up, but it'll be interesting how these two future hall of fame quarterbacks will go up against each other once again as both defenses seem to be improving.

The last time these two teams met, it was an ugly loss for the Patriots: 38-17. Hopefully the tide will turn and the Brees will suffer his first loss to New England.
