Tommy Kelly is out Sunday vs Steelers
Tommy Kelly has been missing in action ever since he injured his knee against the Cincinnatti Bengals in Week 6.
He'll still be this Sunday.
Boston.com:
Defensive tackle Tommy Kelly didn't practice Friday and won't play against the Steelers Sunday. He has been ruled out by the Patriots with a knee injury.
Kelly didn't practice at all until this week, when he was a participant both Wednesday and Thursday but missed today. Seeing as Kelly has not undergone surgery, he is likely dealing with some pain in that knee. The fact that he didn't practice today means he couldn't handle it through a full week of practice. Thankfully the Patriots bye week is next week so he will have plenty of time to heal up for the team's matchup with the Carolina Panthers.
