Belichick not in top 5 for coach of the year..... for now

The week 16 NFL stock watch came out tonight, and it listed the top five candidates for varying awards including coach of the year. But one name was noticeably absent from that list, and that would be Patriots Coach Bill Belichick. Now this is as of week sixteen only, so don't be surprised if Belichick finds his way on there in the near future.

What makes him a great hit is the fact that he has dealt with many curtail injuries this year with a cool, calm and collective attitude, he has managed to take a team with almost all rookies on the receiving line and turn it into a first place playoff contender (currently).

This is one list that much be watched VERY closely... As if Belichick can maintain this composure and retain this team into the playoffs, he is a positive contender for the coach of the year. I mean, granted this isn't the best year we have had, but lets look at games such as Denver or New Orleans, could a non contender pull that off? I think not....
