Whatever illness Tom Brady had yesterday is over. It's done. Tom Brady took some elixer that worked. No, I'm not kidding. Pro Football Talk is reporting that Tom Brady is back at the Patriots practice facility today and he's expected to he did participate in practice today. Ryan Mallet stood in yesterday for Brady when he was out sick, according to PFT, but he goes back to just pretending to be Manning on the scout team.

For Pats fans, take your finger off the panic button. Tom Brady will play on Sunday. And that means we'll have a real shot at winning. Not that there was ever any doubt that Brady would miss Sunday's game. It's the AFC Championship. It's Patriots Broncos. It's Brady - Manning, 15th edition. So, no, there was never any chance that Brady would miss this game, unless it was serious. Brady is a competitor, and it would take a very serious injury or illness to keep him from the game on Sunday.

Brady may or may not be 100% - it's still unclear what type of illness he had. It could have been something small that just took a day to fully recover or it may be something more serious that may take a couple days to recover from. Bill Belichick said that this morning was the most recent surprise from Tom Brady according to ESPN Boston, so that probably means Brady is healthier than expected.
