The Miami Dolphins are making big changes, and nobody is safe according to Pro Football Talk

First, they fired offensive coordinator Mike Sherman. Now, its General Manager Jeff Ireland.

The Dolphins announced that they had a mutual agreement when Ireland left the team after six years. Fans and others alike agree that this is partially because of the fact that the Dolphins haven't made the playoffs in five years with Ireland. A statement was released through the team to USA Today.

"I've spent the last six years with the best organization in football, and I came to an agreement that the best thing moving forward for all parties would be to part ways. I'd like to thank Steve for all his support and kindness. I've had the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing people during this time and I'd like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart. "

No one is safe in Miami now, and it appears they are making their move to become a tough competitor in the NFL.
