RIP to the Fitzgerald trade rumors
I was one of many Patriots fans who had daydreams last week of Tom Brady launching deep balls to Larry Fitzgerald at Foxborough, a rebirth of the prolific 2007 Brady to Moss connection that would carry the Patriots to a Super Bowl Title.
This was all spawned by a report from Tom E. Curran that the Patriots had inquired about last off-season. The merit of that claim was debated in the days following Curran's report. For now, it looks like that speculation can be put to bed, as Fitzgerald has restructured his contract with the goal of helping the Cardinals win in 2014.
Good luck with that Larry. You seem like a great dude but with Carson Palmer as your quarterback and San Francisco and Seattle in your division, I think your going to be stuck on Wildcard Weekend (at best) for quite a while, so long as you're wearing red.
If your really interested in winning the big one, just know there will always be a spot for you hear in Foxborough.

Back in AZ from #SB48 & the 1st order of business this AM was signing a restructured contract to help the @AZCardinals get better for 2014!
