Aqib Talib, Patriots close to deal

According to Dianna Marie Russini of NBC Sports (tweet below), the Patriots are close to a deal with cornerback Aqib Talib. She also reports that the Washington Redskins are in play, but the Patriots are offering a better deal (see below).

This is all good news for Pats fans, as I'm sure most of us would like to see Talib back. Check back tomorrow, as a deal could happen before free agency officially opens at 4 p.m.
