Kenny Britt signs with Rams

Even though Mr. Kraft says the Patriots weren't going to sign Kenny Britt, I still had a small crystal of hope in my heart. Britt seemed to me like the perfect receiver for the Pats: tall, big, deep threat, troubled past looking to prove himself. PLUS HE'S FROM RUTGERS PEOPLE!! But, didn't seem to work out.

Instead, Britt signed a one year deal with the Rams rejoining his old coach Jeff Fisher.

ProFootballTalk:
Britt, the free agent wide receiver who has played his entire five-year career in Tennessee, has agreed to a contract with the Rams, a league source tells PFT.

Britt's contract is a one-year contract with a $1.4 million base salary, with $550,000 guaranteed and up to $2.9 million with incentives. A great deal for the Rams, and if he behaves himself, a great deal for Britt.
