Bills trade Stevie Johnson to 49ers for draft pick
After Sammy Watkins was drafted by the Bills last night, this tweet surfaced in regards to Stevie Johnson
Spiller told me he's not sure how S. Johnson will react to the Watkins pick. "Hopefully he'll take it in stride & we can keep both of them."

Well it looks like they didn't keep both guys, because Johnson is going to San Francisco according to Adam Schefter.
Filed to ESPN: 49ers trading a conditional 2015 4th-round pick to Buffalo for WR Stevie Johnson, per sources. Pick can become a 3rd.

Ian Rapoport also states that the Bills were trying to Shop Johnson and that Watkins was just the man to make it happen
The #Bills were quietly shopping Stevie Johnson and looking for his replacement. Found it in Sammy Watkins, did the deal for Stevie

If they wanted to take it in stride and keep both last night, there is a possibility that Johnson didn't take the news very well, or it could be a brave face for the media. Either way, it looks like the 49ers worked it out perfectly, according to Ian Rapoport
The #49ers were looking for a speedy WR. They found one, trading for Stevie Johnson from the #Bills, source says.
