A new twist in the Aaron Hernandez case haas come up. Per a report by Pro Football Talk, ex-Patriot tight end Aaron Hernandez has been indicted on charges of assault, battery and threats to do bodily harm stemming from a February incident with one of the inmates. Hernandez will get 30 days in isolation as a result of the charges, according to PFT.

As if Hernandez didn't have enough problems already. He also faces 3 wrongful death lawsuits from the estate of Odin Lloyd, 2 other men that Hernandez allegedly killed and a man in Florida who was allegedly was shot in the face by Hernandez. This on top of the murder charges he faces in the death of Odin Lloyd.

This latest incident means Hernandez now has enough legal trouble to keep a mid-size law firm busy, according to PFT. Given that Hernandez is facing murder charges, he's probably not really concerned about a little assualt case. He's probably wondering if he'll have to spend life in prison at this point. Stay tune, Patriots Nation, as we all wait for Hernandez's fate with baited breath. Kidding. I personally am trying not to think about him, but he's making it hard with shenanigans like this,
