The NFL's annual post-draft run of undrafted free agent signings is well under way, and the Patriots have added a few intriguing players at positions of need.

The signing of Eastern Carolina tight end Justin Jones stands out because of his size. At 6'8" and 277 pounds, Jones is massive, and he has soft hands and surprising athleticism to go with that impressive frame. He's a bit raw and has had some injury issues in the past, but there's certainly some raw material to work with there, as evidenced by his 9 career touchdowns on only 32 career receptions.

Another signing at tight end was NC State's Asa Watson. This move is noteworthy because Asa's older brother Ben was a first round pick of the Patriots in 2004 who played six season's with the team.

Other free agent signings that have been reported so far include Delaware CB Travis Hawkins, Iowa LB James Morris, Oklahoma RB Roy Finch, Bowling Green TE Travis Beck, Michigan LB Cameron Gordon and Harvard long snapper Tyler Ott.
