Jermichael Finley still out of a job, would the TE be a good fit with NE?

Training camp is just over a week away, and TE Jermichael Finley still is out of a job. Yeah this is the guy who caught six passes for 159 yards in a 2010 playoff game!

Finley became a free agent this off season when his two year 14 million dollar deal with the Packers expired. Unfortunately last October in a game against the Brown Finley, suffered a spinal contusion that many believed had paralyzed him. Thankfully Finley recovered and began training in May.

This week Tom Pelissero of USA today sports reported that Jermichael Finley is about to go through tests today that will determine his status. Finley then Plans to Send all 32 teams the results. WOW.

USA Today:
"As long as I wait, you know and I know, guys are going to go down and the money's going to shoot up," Finley said, sitting in the weight room at WelleFast Elite Sports Training. "It's all a waiting game right now."

Of course Finley would be a perfect fit back with the Packers, he knows the scheme he know the locker room its just the right fit. However Finley did meet with the Steelers, Seahawks, and Patriots. Now given our current status at TE, How sick would that be to have Gronk and a fit Finley. Dammmm. We would finally have a dynamic duo at the TE position. Without Spending the ridiculous Jimmy Graham money.
