Peyton Manning wins ESPY for being awesome in regular season, not so much in playoffs

Peyton Manning won the ESPY for "Best record setting performance of 2014" last night. Once again locking up an award for being awesome during the regular season.

Manning threw for 55 touchdowns and 5,477 yards which are ok numbers I guess. Good enough for the ESPY anyways. But the only number that matters from last year is 43-8. The final score of Super Bowl XLVIII. Where the Seahawks defense put Manning's record breaking offense in time out.

Peyton Manning is a great quarterback. Anyone who won't admit that is out of touch with reality. But at the same time his regular season numbers don't translate over into the post season where he struggles. He's one instance of "good Rex" showing up in Super Bowl XLII from being 0-3 in the big game. People who won't admit that are out of touch with reality too.
