Brandon Meriweather talks practicing against Patriots, who he talks junk to

Who does Brandon Meriweather talk junk to?

He talks junk to everybody.

That is, according to Brandon Meriweather.

The Patriots are in Richmond, Virginia over the next couple days to have joint practices with the Washington Redskins before their preseason game. Since being released by the Patriots in 2011, Meriweather has been a member of the Bears and now Washington.

When the former Pats safety was asked what it was like practicing against his former team, Meriweather didn't seem to think it was much different than normal.

Meriweather was famous in his time as a Patriot for his poor tackling technique. This landed him in trouble when he would lay dirty helmet to helmet cheap shots to opponents, resulting in many concussions, benchings and suspensions. We didn't hear too much about all the junk he talked though. Apparently, that junk is legit.

Boston.com:
“Yeah, that’s Brandon,” said [Vince] Wilfork. “That’s Meriweather, from Hurricanes all the way to New England Patriots all the way to Washington Redskins, he’s the same guy.

“Some people run their mouth, some people just play, he does both.

Though Meriweather made a couple of Pro Bowls, it likely had more to do with his being on a high profile team than anything else. He regularly acknowledged to the media that he would ignore coaching. That would land him in trouble. That lack of awareness did cause him to injure his own teammate before a game one time.

Also, he made this.
