Could "The Law firm" be headed back to the Pats ?

Former superbowl running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis may be on the street after the latest roster projection of Cincinnati Bengals beat writer Coley Harvey ESPN was published this morning.
Cincinnati is high on power rookie Jeremy Hill, who had 12 carries for 48 yards Sunday. If Green-Ellis' hip injury continues to linger, it might give the Bengals incentive to cut him. That hasn't been discussed much though, so it's purely speculation at this point. Whether Green-Ellis makes the roster or not is somewhat irrelevant, as his role appears to be severely diminished.
Our question to you is would "The Law firm" be a good fit back in New England? Would the 29 year old back that went 756 for 220 attempts and 7 TDs be a better option than Ridley or Bolden? I'll take no fumbles and fights for extra yards all day over missed opportunities and disappointments. Let us know what you think.
