I asked Sean Gilbert how confident he is in getting the current CBA terminated and if he has proof of owner collusion. "Extremely. And yes."

Sean Gilbert says he has proof that NFL owners have colluded. Going to be interesting to see what proof he has.

Among other things, he doesn't like the 18 game schedule proposal and he also believes around $2.5 billion was shifted from players to owners, according to reports (see below).
Part of @SeanGilbertNFL's platform he says is an 18-game proposal to owners (less 2 preseason games).

Sean Gilbert says over $2.5 billion has "shifted" from the players to owners since the latest CBA was signed w/ DeMaurice Smith at the helm.

According to CBS Sports, he also outlined several financial failings of the CBA, the salary cap for example. Under the CBA negotiated in 2009, the salary cap would have been up to $157 million now, whereas it's $24 million less under the 2011 edition ($133 million). He also points to commissioner Roger Goodell's salary as part of the league's power according to CBS Sports, but it remains to be seen if any of this will actually help him get the CBA voided. It could just be a play to build his position ahead of the 2015 election to determine the next head of the NFLPA.
