Charles Woodson talks about the Raiders.. "We Suck"

The Oakland Raiders are set to be the next opponent of the New England Patriots on Sunday. The Patriots, coming off of a strong bounce back in week two against the Vikings, are looking to gain an advantage as they continue to fix the errors that plague the team.
The concern obviously must not be to high now because Charles Woodson added in some pretty re-assuring comments this morning when talking about his team according to NFL.com.
"We suck, that's as blunt as I can put it. For whatever reason, defensively we just won't stop people, especially early in games. Every drive, every first drive, teams are able to go and get points. Today, it happened all day. Offensively, we put the ball on the ground. We had opportunities and didn't capitalize on it. Collectively, we look bad. It's disappointing. I don't know what else to say about it. Like I said, coming into the season, I felt a lot better about where we were at that point. For whatever reason, we haven't put it together on the field. Everything (negative) that other people say about you, we're proving them right. It's almost like we're allowing other people to write our story. We're not doing anything about it. That's hard, man. I'm really embarrassed."
So as a Patriots fan, don't you feel glad that this is the team were going to play next week? A team so rattled, so down in the dumps, that one of your safety's is already saying that he is embarrassed to be out on the field. Granted, the Patriots started the year with a loss, and their second game got a bit better (whether thats because of Adrian Peterson being out or not). But we never got that down in the dumps. We never said were embarrassed to be there. We take it in stride, fix the mistakes, and go out and conquer.
What does this all mean for the Patriots coming into this week? It means that the Patriots are playing a very weak team that has lost a lot of their confidence to maintain a positive playing style. The Patriots are energized and ready to go, and Oakland is still sitting there wondering what they can do to salvage their season.
The biggest factor though? This game will be in New England. Being that this game is in Gillette, and its the first game of the year, the Raiders are entering into a battleground where they will have nobody on their side.
Patriots by 21, minimum. Especially because of the quotes released today
