Kraft on Monday's game: One of the worst games since I've owned the team

Monday night's game against the Kansas City Chiefs was one of the worst in the Kraft Era, or so says Bob Kraft himself according to a video on CSNNE. Kraft acknowledged that this was a bad game and it was probably one of the worst under head Coach Bill Belichick. He also mentioned Matthew Slater was "out of this world," but for the most part, there's a lot of work to do before the Cincinnati Bengals roll into town on Sunday, which is pretty accurate.

I second what Kraft said. I've been watching the Pats since I was 10 or so, which was right as the Patriots were beginning to build their dynasty in the early 2000's, and I can't for the life of me remember a game that was this bad. Maybe the shutout loss to the Buffalo Bills to open the 2003 season comes close, but they went on to win in all that year, so that cancels it out, at least in my mind. As for this game, though...The whole team looked bad in the loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. And I know it's still early, but the Pats need to work through their problems (which are many) ASAP if they want to think about making it to even the AFC Divisional Round.
