Rex Ryan "sick to stomach" over seeing Revis with the Pats

Darrelle Revis used to play in green and white. Now he plays in red, white and blue. How does Rex Ryan feel? "A little sick to my stomach," according to ESPN Boston. Understandable, given that Darrelle Revis is considered one of the best corners in the game and one of the best players in Jets history.

And Rex Ryan is definitely feeling the loss after a 1-5 start to the 2014-15 season. And when asked about the possibility of bringing him back during the offseason, Rex didn't even want to go there.

"Oh, man, I'm not going to go there," said Ryan, refusing to answer when asked if he wanted to bring back Revis. "Let's focus on the team right now in front of us, and recognize the guy is an excellent player and plays on someone else's team. That's the way it is."

The Jets front office didn't even make a move to re-sign him before this season after they traded him to the Tampa Bay Buccanneers in 2013 for 2 draft picks, but it was a kick in the guts to see him sign for the Pats for fans, I'm sure. And it's one that I enjoyed.
