We focus this week's Ring Envy on the fans of the Buffalo Bills.

Rex would also be anoited king in Buffalo. Please let this happen"
Confidence of Bills Fans Pre-Game
- "Aj green is a top 3 wr in this league. He was also coming off an injury and his size and directness along with his love for deep outside routes matches well for reviss aggressive down field style.
Watkins is a quicker harder cutting intermediate threat and Revis will be hard pressed to deal with this style of play. I fully expect Watkins to get separation early and often."
- "6. Note to Tom Brady: Don't bother throwing deep. The Patriots QB has completed just 8.3 percent of passes of 20-plus air yards, the lowest of any quarterback in the league. The Bills, meanwhile, have allowed the lowest completion percentage of passes that have traveled 15-plus air yards. The Patriots' defense is also in the top three, meaning we shouldn't expect many big throws Sunday in Buffalo.

- "I know that everyone is worried about this game because New England has been the thorn in our side for the past 10 years but in reality the Patriots are the probably the 4th best team we have faced this year. I would put San Diego, Detroit and Chicago up as much tougher competition that what we will face tomorrow on the field. The other team that we played and beat down this year, the Dolphins, beat the Patriots. In all honesty, I am not sure New England has much of a chance in this game. I see our defensive front 4 dominating the Patriots offensive line and our offense will be able to do enough to pull away in the second half. My prediction is that the Bills win this game easily.

The Post-Game Hindsight of the Bills Fans
- "Ralph beat the Pats in his first game as owner and well......the Bills weren't exactly a great franchise under Ralph. Maybe a loss to start the Pegula era isn't such a bad thing.

Completely let Revis intimidate him in coverage, created no plays for his first round pick.
Did not force the run. Should have established a smart running game from the get go, did not.
Gameplan wasn't working yet we stuck with it, biggest problem with Marrone (to me) is lack of halftime adjustments.
Topping on the cake- RESTING Hughes, Mario at the beginning of the Patriots drive (immediately following our 2 pt. conv)
^ No excuse for this. He stuck with rotation instead of making the call to get our best defensive players out there. Have to make that gut call sometimes, Marrone NEVER does. For all we know one of them could have had a game changing sack. You do not rest players with 4 minutes left."

I think we have the players, but we are no match against the top coaches in the league. Marrone and his staff were thoroughly out-manoeuvered. The Pats should have carried Bellichick off the field, just like we carried Schwartz off the field in Detroit.
Although, I will agree that it is difficult to beat the Pats because the refs have this teenage crush on Brady and the Patriots.
Of course, it did not help that Orton looked lost out there."

Usually don't complain When bills lose because alot of times they beat themselves or straight get outplayed but the refs definitely played a part in the giving the patriots the game today. I guess they saw NE's tough schedule and saw buffalo's favorable schedule and figured it could possibly make a good story with both teams fighting for the division late in the season. Oh well onto next week. Smh"

Mistakes, mistakes, mistakes. Sure, the refs were god-awful...but too many turnovers & dumb mistakes to pull out a game like that.
That said, there were a lot of positives out there today. The Pats schedule gets tougher & the Bills get easier from here on out. Just have to keep pace & pick up one game before the finale. We'll feel better if we can hit the bye at 5-3."

-"I felt like yesterday was a huge game in terms of making a run for the playoffs. In my opinion I feel like we now need to sweep the Jets and the Dolphins in order to have a chance, because it sure doesn't look like we will take New England down on the road.
The way the standings sit right now, there are 3 teams ahead of us in the wildcard race and 2 teams tied with us.
Winning the division may have been our best chance. Those odds are significantly lower after getting spanked by the pats at home.
But when it comes down to it, this team just may not be good enough yet to make the playoffs."
- "I am not surprised by the game yesterday-- there have been maybe 15 other Patriots/Bills' games that follow the same form (i.e., a combination of bad mistakes, bad penalties, bad execution, bad luck, and Brady).
The thing that I have noticed, however, in watching these Patriots game is that I am overcome with really hateful thoughts. Unlike any other game, I find myself wishing someone would just take Brady's knee out, or blast Bellichick on the sideline, or try to twist Gronk's bad arm, or throw a football at the refs' face when he is announcing another penalty."
