With the 97th pick in the 3rd round, the New England Patriots selected Oklahoma DE/OLB Geneo Grissom. Without a true position at Oklahoma, Grissom played DE, OLB, and TE. With his unique skill set and size, Belichick can use him in a variety of roles along the defensive front.

Strengths:
Long arms capable of knocking down hands and disengaging blocks. Solid combination of speed, quickness, and agility for his size. Instinctual pass rusher. Knows how to get to QB. Can play OLB due to his size. Rushed the passer as many snaps as he dropped back into coverage. Flashes good vision to knock down passes and intercept them too.

Weaknesses:
Doesn't look extremely flexible. Isn't laterally quick. Not a truly explosive guy. Won't wow you with straight line speed. Will struggle against shifty RBs.
