Patriots draft linebacker Matthew Wells

With their sixth round selection, the Pats are looking for depth at linebacker and special teams - drafting linebacker Matthew Wells out of Mississippi State.

Wells impressed at the combine with his 4.45 40 time, and so he could certainly figure into the plans at special teams first and foremost. He was known for that speciality in college.
