Tom Brady authorizes NFLPA to go to federal court

Tom Brady has officially given the NFL Player's Association the go-ahead to take his case to court. Earlier today, the NFL upheld Brady's four-game suspension.

Brady can file for an injunction and still play Week 1 against the Steelers.
