Tom Brady voted 2nd greatest football player of all time by Harris Poll participants


In the eyes of football fans, Tom Brady has been recognized as the second greatest football player ever. The Harris Poll conducted a survey with 2,368 US adults to find out who they thought the greatest athletes of all time were, and Brady made the cut in both the football category and the all-time category. 

Only Joe Montana, Brady's idol growing up, finished ahead of him in the football category. Rounding out the top five in order were Peyton Manning, Walter Payton and Jim Brown. 

All-time, regardless of sport, Brady was ranked No. 9. Michael Jordan, Babe Ruth, Muhammad Ali, Serena Williams, Manning, Montana, LeBron James and Tiger Woods were ranked ahead of him.

It seems that even the staunchest Patriots/Brady detractors recognize how good Brady truly is.
