Patriots cut Bryan Stork

The Patriots have made a notable roster cut just minutes ago, as the team has cut center Bryan Stork.
A stunner: Former starting center Bryan Stork is being released by the #Patriots today, I'm told. Crazy.— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) August 24, 2016
Stork, who was drafted in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft, was the starting center for the Patriots when they won Super Bowl XLIX and played well during his rookie year. Last season, Stork struggled and dealt with injuries, and was dealing with concussions and inconsistent play in training camp. He was involved in an altercation last week in joint practices with the Chicago Bears, which led to him being benched for the rest of that day.
All eyes are now on David Andrews, who figures to be the starting center moving forward.
