Dean Blandino is leaving the NFL to pursue a broadcasting job

NFL gigantic asshole Senior Vice President of Officiating, Dean Blandino, is leaving his position to pursue a network broadcasting job with FOX, where he will be teaming up with Mike Pereira.

The news comes just months after Blandino accepted the role he's leaving. Blandino has had a hand in the officiating side of the NFL for a while, and still we don't know what is and isn't a catch. So maybe now we'll get some clarity on that from someone who is competent at their job.

Blandino is expected to remain with the NFL until May. Patriots fans may be happy about this when you consider he had a hand in Deflategate.
