Tom Brady spends a day with the Stanley Cup

With five Super Bowl titles under his belt, there's no denying Tom Brady is a proven winner at just about every aspect of life. So it makes sense that he was spotted with hockey's ultimate prize on Friday, the Stanley Cup.

Via Philip Pritchard of the Hockey Hall of Fame (the man who has the best job in all of professional sports), Brady got to spend some time with the 124-year-old trophy.

Though the hometown Bruins were eliminated in the first round of this year's Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Cup still made its way to one of Boston's sports heroes. At 35 pounds, it's a bit heavier than the trophies that Brady is used to hoisting, though all five Lombardi Trophies that Brady and the Patriots have earned match that weight.

Much better than seeing Pittsburgh's Sidney Crosby hoist the Cup, I can tell you that much.
