New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is one of the best at making the most out of his time off.

From crashing a Rick Ross concert to betting $69 on a horse named after him, another "Summer of Gronk" continues.

Gronk has had many crazy adventures and experiences throughout the history of his offseasons; and it was recently reported he will now be swimming with tiger sharks.

As part of Discovery Channel’s annual Shark Week, the Patriots’ tight end will be appearing in a special called “Monster Tag” that airs on July 23.

Gronk will join the likes of Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and Olympic skier Lindsay Vonn in the special that features them “tagging” sharks to help people learn about how to help save this endangered species.

“If researchers can use satellite wildlife tags to figure out where sharks feed, mate and birth their pups, the information will be critical to conserving the species,” says the Discovery Channel show description.
