With Jason and Devin back in the fold, the Patriots' secondary will feature almost everyone from their Super Bowl LIII-winning squad. Jonathan Jones' status is still currently up in the air, but an RFA tender was placed on him yesterday, likely meaning he will return.
After the Patriots acquired Jason from the Cleveland Browns last off-season, his pre-season play raised some questions about his spot on the team moving forward. He was seen playing late into the Patriots' final pre-season game against the Giants, an indicator that he wasn't a roster lock.
But he made the team and played well despite only compiling one interception on the season. Jason started 15 of 18 games in 2018 and made one of the biggest plays of Super Bowl LIII when he somehow broke up a touchdown pass from Jared Goff intended for Brandin Cooks.
