Bill Belichick Kisses Elbow?

Yes, that's right. Bill Belichick was
pictured kissing Aaron Hernandez's elbow after he hurt it in
training camp.
"I had a little bruise on my elbow, and I was whining about it, and he was just showing me the love of a father figure, and he gave me a kiss on the elbow. No, I didn't ask him, I damn sure liked it, though. Felt some love." Hernandez said after practice. (Source: usatoday.com)
We have seen Belichick loosen up over the last few years, including featuring on A Football Life, which gave camera's an unprecedented look into the professional and private life of Belichick during the 2009 season (It's a must watch if you haven't seen it.)
However this is something new. You see coaches become affectionate before, but never really to the level of kissing an injury better. And of all people, it was Belichick, who most people assume is the most distant coach in the NFL. However we do know that Belichick can get the most out of his players, and if that requires kissing an injury, he'll do it. Hell, Hernandez seemed to appreciate it anyway.
All I can say is Patriots football is just days away. And we can talk about football then. What a relief that will be.
