Logan Mankins, Patrick Chung out, Dont'a Hightower returns
Mankins, Chung, safety Steve Gregory (hip), running back Brandon Bolden (knee), linebacker Tracy White (foot), defensive lineman Ron Brace (back) and defensive end Jake Bequette (healthy scratch) are the Patriots’ seven inactive players. Brace and Hightower were game-time decisions.
Julian Edelman returns so that's significant news. Also good that Hightower is finally back to join the linebacking corps.
I'd expect Sterling Moore to play some safety with both Chung and Gregory out.
Mankins is inactive for the second time this year, though the team did not seem to miss him much in Buffalo when they had two 100 yard rushers.
