Tom Brady rips team in obscenity laced tirade

Patriots fans frustrated with their team after a lackluster, sloppy win over the Jacksonville Jaguars yesterday might want to chew into their team. While that might not be possible, they can rest easy as Patriots quarterback Tom Brady took care of things for them.

NFL.com:
The New England Patriots beat the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, but quarterback Tom Brady wasn't in the mood to celebrate. The two-time NFL MVP reportedly yelled at his teammates after the game, saying their performance was unacceptable.

"An irate Brady could be heard upbraiding the team in the locker room following the game, with several expletives mixed in for emphasis," Chris Gasper of The Boston Globe wrote Monday. "Multiple sources who were in the locker room confirmed that the franchise quarterback lit into his team after a lackluster performance."

As a patriots fan, I think this is great. For whatever reason the Patriots aren't playing their best and maybe an obscenity laced tirade is just what the team needs. But seriously, this is part of what makes this team and quarterback great. They aren't satisfied with anything less than perfection.

I would rather be playing sub par football now and play great in the playoffs than the other way around. Remember the 2010 Patriots had that problem where they played so well in December but not when the games counted for more in January.
