Armond Armstead, the Patriots set their sights on another CFL player; DE/OLB
Jason Vega of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. According to
NBCSports.com the deal is not yet official because the Blue Bombers have not officially given clearance, but it is more than likely going to go through. The reported three-year deal is said give less guaranteed money than Armstead's contract. The 25 year-old Vega is a native of New England, growing up in Brockton, MA and then playing college ball at Northeastern.
